Irum Rashid -Jones’ is a Pakistani – American that has actively volunteered in the community for over 20 years focusing on literacy, family services and diversity. Her volunteer work and community involvement consist of currently serving as a Board Member for This Side Up Family – a non-profit that focuses on cultivating relationships and building deeper family connections and The Texas Pool – a historic Texas shaped landmark in the heart of Collin County that bridges communities together.
Irum also serves on multiple advisory boards for non- profits focusing on family enrichment programs, promoting self-sufficiency, women services, and childhood development services to create sustainable programs that can be used globally through partner channels. Irum is also an active member of 7 years with the Junior League of Collin County with a current placement as the Diversity & Inclusion Chair focusing on building bridges in the community and creating impactful experiences that focus on inclusivity and cultural competency.
In addition to volunteering, she is a mother to 2 children; Zara and Lennox. She with her husband operates their family businesses On Call Service Pros, Electrician On Call and Noxx Media Group. Irum is passionate about life, helping others reach their full potential and preserving the planet for future generations to enjoy.

Rakhshanda Shahid | Lahore, Pakistan

She is appointed as an official Ambassador from Lahore, Pakistan and has formally joined Houston Professional Women Organization recently.
She will help us to identify & help juvenile Diabetic Patients who need financial support and she will be coordinating all affairs related to Diabetes patients in Pakistan. We have worked together in Lahore and I must say I am blessed to have passionate people here in our Team !!! A very warm welcome to Rakhshanda Shahid.

Dr. Rukhshanda Shahid is from Lahore, Pakistan. She is a doctor of pharmacy and M.Phil Pharmacology. She is an active and well-respected educator. She is a social activist. She has a keen interest in social work and serving humanity. She did a lot of fundraisers at school level and has worked as a coordinator for college and university magazine. She is a poet, writer and debater. She is the founder of “Think Pink Pakistan Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign”. She has worked as a volunteer at Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital & currently working with SOS Children Village Pakistan.
She is running her own online makeup business under the name Beauty Affairs. Recently she has started a ladies Club “Daisy Dukes (The Ladies Club) and Daisy Dukes Charity Club. She is looking forward to doing social work in the areas of child health, education, old homes and breast cancer patients.
Her research work in M.Phil is on “Diabetic Dementia” so she also wants to help diabetic children in rural areas of Pakistan. She strongly believes in women empowerment. She is a fond traveling and loves to explore a new destination with her kids and husband, her best companions from social work to fun in life.
