Dr. Lubna Elahi

She is a Board Certified Aesthetic medicine Family physician. She is the founder of Revivify Medical Spa in January 2017. At Revivify art and science come together through medical grade aesthetic treatments and cutting edge technology. She Starts ed career an as Board Certified Family physician in 1994. Her husband is a physician as well, and she has 2 beautiful daughters & a son.
She is a Member the of American Academy of Family physicians & American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. She has arranged many fundraisers in past and have volunteered with TCF and ICNA on top of her Relief efforts during hurricane .
Her treatments use body’s own biological, reactive processes to stimulate new tissue growth and rejuvenate the face and body by using modalities like platelet rich plasma, PDO threads, radio frequency heat, ultrasound, bio identical hormones and more. Dr. letitia Plummer

She started her political campaign at a friend’s House. She is the most friendly and charming person I have ever met! Her beautiful smile and her enthusiasm really attracted me towards her.
She has recently started her own political Talk show which she will be launching soon. I must appreciate her passion while seeing her tirelessly working during her camping. Juli Mathew

Judge Juli Mathew makes history by becoming The First Judge from South Asia in Fort Bend County! Judge Juli Mathew is a mother of three, a wife and now history maker as she becomes the first woman from South Asia to have a seat on the bench as a judge in fort Bend County.
Juli Mathew was the Associate Municipal Judge of the City of Arcola but currently serves as the presiding Judge of County Court at Law 3 in Fort Bend County. She has over 15 years of experience practicing in civil litigation, creditor rights, mass tort, oil and gas, probate and criminal matters in Fort Bend and surrounding counties including Harris, Montgomery, Galveston and Brazoria.

 Farida Abid

She serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine. She is a graduate of Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She then moved to USA with her husband in 1998. She has two sons. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry at New Jersey (UMDNJ), followed by a pediatric neurology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. She has worked at the University of Oklahoma (OUHSC) as an Assistant Professor (2006-2011). She is a graduate of the OUHSC Faculty Leadership Program. She joined Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine in 2011. She is board certified in Neurology with special qualification in Child Neurology. She is an active and well-respected educator and received a teaching award at OUHSC in 2009 and special recognition from graduating pediatric neurology residents for teaching at Baylor College of Medicine in 2012. She had recently received the most prestigious teaching award (Norton Rose Fulbright award in teaching excellence) at Baylor College of Medicine, 2019. Her subspecialty is neuromuscular disorders and serves as a faculty for MDA clinic at Texas Children Hospital, Houston Texas. She provides her clinical expertise both locally and internationally. She is currently involved in multiple clinical trials in patients with Muscular Dystrophies
Dr Abid is an active member of both community and medical societies. She has been a featured speaker on muscular dystrophy and spinal muscular atrophy at conferences both in the US and internationally. She was invited as a keynote speaker at the Cure Duchenne conference in Houston in 2018. She was a Moderator (Neurology session) and Speaker at the Global Health conference in Taiyuan, China in 2017. She was the CME chair for Becker Muscular dystrophy Conference (August 2017) in Houston Texas. She also chairs APPNA (All Pakistani Physicians of North America) CME in October 2013, and DOGANA (Dow Graduate Association of North America) CME in March 2013. She has served as a CME chair for several meetings in Houston Texas.
She is an active member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and volunteers for MDA camp every year. She is the founder of PAMA (Pakistani American Association) for MDA and has done two successful fundraising gala to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

Dr. Jiya Abbas

She is MD from Dow Medical College Karachi . jiya has practiced medicine for 25 years and now living life to its fullest. She is doing a lot of volunteers work that is actually what gives her energy and this is her passion too . She loves painting and on top of that she is classical kathak dancer and a painter as well.

Shanza Hussaini

Shehzana Hussaini is the Content Editor for HPWO. As the Content Editor, she is responsible for planning, editing, writing, and coordinating content for website and print publications for HPWO.

Shehzana Hussaini has several years of professional experience working in the field of Clinical Research, and is now currently working in CCISD. Shehzana earned her MS in Biology from the University of Houston Clear Lake and her BS in Biology from the University of Houston Main Campus.

Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and her two young children. She enjoys spending weekends going to museums, exploring new parks, going to the beach, or just traveling by road to visit family and friends. 

Saima Khan

I am based in Houston and my passion is abstract art and Islamic calligraphy. I love making canvas artwork with modern themes. My work also includes large, custom paintings that fit my clients’ desired themes and colors. I have non-stop ideas and a creative mind. I have sold over hundreds of painting all over nationwide and international. I had a successful Exhibitions in Houston downtown and have my paintings displayed in larges skyscraper building of Houston Downtown, Mosque, Resturant, Homes, Office, and many other Commercial places. I also have been part of many fundraising programs for charity events and Donates 20% from each Sale.

Nighat Loya

Nighat Loya (aka Nikki Loya) is an Environmental Compliance Consultant in the Houston area with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Environmental Engineering. After spearheading the Port of Houston’s Water Program, Nikki started her own Civil Engineering and Environmental Compliance consulting firm in 2015.  As President and CEO at SNM2R, Nikki is involved in all functions from marketing, procurement, and technical reporting for this full-service consulting engineering firm, providing environmental compliance, permitting, inspection, quality assurance, as well as civil and structural engineering and drafting.
